The hotel staff where amazing. Very friendly. Loved the hospitality they showed my family. They made sure that my stay was comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. The morning front end Supervisor she is very awesome.

The only negative thing i can say is the parking was bad & as a female having to park so far away at night, with a child. I did not feel safe with that but everything else was excellent.

This was the worst hotel I've ever been to rude employees, dirty room's, sheets smelled like old man's cologne, people smoking weed in the elevators and rooms you could smell it everywhere, no packing ,kid's peeing in the pool, and the list keeos going

I spent two nights in Birmingham, and being unfamiliar with the city, wanted to be in an accessible and safe area. This Residence Inn is right in the middle of the UAB Campus, and several restaurants are within walking distance. It has a small pool, which I did not use, but which kids seem to enjoy. It had an adequate workout room. The great thing is how large and spacious the suites are. It’s like having your own apartment within the city. The front desk staff and the breakfast room staff were all exceptionally nice and helpful.

My daughter and I were visiting for a family funeral. We initially booked a room at a different location but was very dissatisfied with the safety and cleanliness of that particular room. We check in and checked out immediately! We did not even sit our bags down. This left us on the hunt for a new reservation. We found a good deal at the Residence Inn and booked. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a warm welcome! During our stay the customer service was welcoming, the hotel was clean and felt safe. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and well stocked. The staff kept the are clean and the food never got low. I would definitely stay here again!

My experience was top notch, have stayed at many resorts down in Orlando,Florida. I must say I was very impressed. The staff were great Miss Tucker and Daisha, and all of the ladies at the front desk. Everything about my was an a plus. The breakfast was fantastic to say the least great job. I was up from the Dothan area visiting my grandson at the NICU at UAB and then he went to Children's Hospital. Please place them on the list for families at the Hospital and will place them on my Facebook page for a great place to stay in your visit. It’s a great about not have to worry about the place you stay being a headache. It was a wonderful experience! Only thing I didn’t get my stamps for my stay, they where showing up briefly and then disappeared. Please fix.

Told me the ppl would be open for my kids bday an after we got there for our 3 night stay for his bday it wasn't ruined what we had planned and the day shift with the manager on duty very unpleasant

There were used rags, hair and bugs on the floor in the bathroom. We had to go to the children’s hospital that’s why we stayed there.. definitely finding somewhere else next time. Breakfast was like 6/10. The lady running the breakfast was SO nice.
