This property appeared to be brand new. Smelled great. Very clean. Good breakfast. Quiet and safe area of McCalla. Was great for our family with littles.

Staff was very nice, breakfast was great, hot showers with dove products was a plus for a family with 3 girls :) Quite a few food places and stores very close. Pool doesn't open until May (which we didn't know) so that was a bummer. But that's on us. Everything was clean and nicely kept. All in all it was a great stay.

I had 2 queen suites reserved the hotel tried giving us one King room and one queen. We needed the beds for the children.

Charged my card 3 separate times for the same stay and offered no resolution. It was like they just did not care. It will be the last time I stay at a hotel from the Holiday Inn family of hotels.

Very clean inside and out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is situated close to many restaurants and shopping options. It was very quiet at night. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety to please even the pickiest eaters in my family. The only slight negative was that the pool was not heated. We would definitely stay here again.
