I booked two rooms, double beds. First room, there were white stains on one of the bed skirts, empty paper bags around the bottom of the bed underneath the bed shirt. Long black hair on the towels folded in the bathroom. The floor was dirty and had trash/debris on the floor in front of the stand where the TV, microwave and fridge is. The A/C unit sounded like a freight train coming through the wall. Second room, there was a child's t-shirt, white tank top and a black sock left on the floor underneath the bed skirt. Refrigerator did not cool properly. Overall horrible experience and I will never rent there again.

Women at front desk would not get off her phone to assist me and my family. She had an attitude as if we were bothering her. Not good service at all will not be back

The hotel is under renovations, but clean and maintained well. The staff was efficient not overly friendly but they were polite. One of the problems were the noise from above us, we couldn't decide if it was kids running or horses? It's was both nights until about 3am. We could also hear continuous loud talking all night. The TV also did not have continuous service, it would lose signal about every 30 minutes, we assumed it was due to the construction. We did not say anything to the front desk about either issue to be fair, we just didn't feel it would be well received. Even with these two issues it was good for the price

Picked up screws where I parked. Desk clerk was rushy & didn’t seem to inviting. No DND sign for our room. No info cards in rm w/important numbers etc. Mattresses were very worn/not comfortable. We killed two spiders IN the bed my child attempted to sleep in. The bathtub had not been cleaned. Definitely not what we paid for. Checked in after 3pm, went to a concert in the area, came back at midnight. Had planned to stay, until we had these issues. Checked out around 2am Requested a receipt (was told one would be emailed within two hours. Didn’t get). Also requested full refund. Per Andy at the desk, the manager will issue a refund or reverse charge on my credit card. Still waiting. Very displeased

Booked this hotel for my kids to swim in the indoor pool. The room was about 65 degrees and the pool was about 50 degrees. When we asked why the pool was cold, we were told there was no heater in the room or the pool. My kids were so disappointed. It was a key part of the trip and an utter failure.

holiday Inn express is usually a pretty decent hotel but not this one or maybe not on the night I visited - the people in the next room were throwing a wild party with children running in and out of the room and running up and down the hallways and slamming doors, people talking loudly and playing music - I called the front desk at midnight 1 AM and 3 AM to report the people next-door and while the front desk did come you have to wonder shouldn't they have just called the cops after midnight I mean what does it take? Hotels usually have quiet hours and take a deposit so that if you are a nuisance they can retain the deposit but apparently not this one - it kind of felt like they were maybe turning into the party hotel for the area to make a little more money but it's just going to drag the hotel down as people catch on and refuse to stay there - I mean if I had wanted to deal with people getting high and staying up all night I would've gone to a motel six for half the price - hopefully this hotel will get their act together and pull out of whatever nosedive they're in now because letting people get away with this kind of behavior is bad for business

The property was mostly clean, besides the dirty cleaning rags left in our room, the hair in the tub, and dirt in the sheets. Due to the incorrect installation of the tub, I fell and bruised my tail bone because of the boards causing ridges underneath it and it doesn’t drain so be cautious. The main reason we booked this hotel was because of the inside pool and it ended up being freezing cold my kids wouldn’t even put a foot in. The breakfast and breakfast staff were the kindest folks and so acoomadating though.

I brought my kids to go to the water park which is only a mile from the hotel. The hotel is in a convenient location, quiet, it’s clean, staff is very friendly, check-in was extremely easy, and there is a hot breakfast! Definitely worth the stay.

They advertise an indoor pool. Unfortunately, the indoor pool was freezing and unable to be used. The indoor pool was the whole reason I picked this hotel. My children where very disappointed! This made for a very long weekend with no entertainment.

It’s clean. Toilet ran all night. Breakfast scarce.
We wanted to take my son to a swimming pool & swim and stay overnight after are-op at Children’s hospital. He has Autism and was pretty upset about the surgery. Swimming makes him happy so I had searched for an indoor pool bc it’s his favorite.
I called ahead and asked how late the pool would be OPEN. I was told “it’s open til 9”. Indicating it was in working order and “open”…
My family checks in, we go rest for an hour then get dressed for the pool. As we enter the corridor for the pool, sign on door says closed 6/1. It’s 6/11. So I try and it’s locked.
I go to the front desk and after being told “I don’t know” and then offering to call maintenance and call me back in my room, so we wait.
I call back bc it’s taking so long and she says she will try again. She then calls & says “it’s closed” and I asked why (bc my son was VERY upset not getting to swim) so I just wanted to know if it was something that couldn’t be helped. She said “oh I don’t know I didn’t get into all that”.
I asked for a discount for a future stay to make up for it and she says “no bc it’s an amenity”. I said yes, and I chose the hotel BASED ON THE AMENITIES. There is a line of hotels right here beside you but I chose here bc of the indoor pool.
I had even been recommended to stay at Best Western Plus bc my boyfriend had recently stayed there.
I was very frustrated and so I called hotels.com who ultimately did give me a discount toward future stay.
