They were super helpful and allowed us to check in early. We appreciated that. However, all of the cockroaches started to come out as it started to get dark. When we told the front desk, they had us go for the front desk to get roach spray. Since our kids were already asleep, we decided to spray and hope for the best. When we woke up, there were several huge cockroaches that had died in the night. Our son was also bitten by something while sleeping and ended up with a big rash. We ended up leaving early and chose to forego our 2nd night there. Will choose a different hotel next time.

we had a great stay ....it the perfect location to visit grand kids...it was relaxing and very friendly staff...the desk clerk, the girl fixing breakfast and the housekeeper all did a very nice job. thank you..!!

The facility was overall decent. Staff was friendly and overall a clean, safe facility. We had a suite for the fold out bed, but it was unusable as a bed as the mattress was horrible. The extended space wasn’t very functional as the two televisions were unusable at the same time since the rooms weren’t separated. The bathtub was very spacious but would’ve taken two hours to fill (hah) with the low water pressure. Breakfast was okay- a decent variety, but just meh. We would stay here again for convenience but maybe just book an adjoining room for the kids.

Hotel was very clean and well organized. Staff was friendly and attentive. Great Parking. Pool was closed for repairs, but not a problem for us. Those with kids wanting to swim would want to be aware. Great property.

First time here and all in all a good stay. Front desk personnel were friendly and the hotel is clean and well kept. Very good location in Fairhope. My only complaint is the hotel was maybe 1/4 full but they clustered us all in rooms close to each other so it was noisy with kids and dogs.

The property has some goods pros and cons. The rooms were comfortable, breakfast was also of good value. The room did have a few bugs, the shower curtain was dirty and the pool was not clean. However, it was a little chilly to have been in the pool at that time but my child wanted to try it out and one of the reasons choosing this hotel vs another for that option. Location was easy to access and staff was always nice.
