This hotel was perfect for our quick stay. My kids enjoyed the pool and the room was very nice.

Very good stay! Clean room, comfortable beds, good AC, kids loved the indoor pool which was very nice and well kept also. Bar was nice too!

Derrick was amazing and very accommodating. Ms. Fannie was excellent as well. My family and I were in town for a funeral and our stay was great! Thank you so much Hilton Garden Inn in Daphne Al. We will be back!!

I was surprised that my family and I would have ended up disappointed with our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The area is nice and as well as the hotel in general. The room we were placed in had the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. Felt like sleeping on a park bench. The AC thermostat was not appropriately secured to the wall and it was a struggle getting it to adjust temperature and I was afraid I was going to break it. For as much money I paid to stay here for two nights (over $300 after using my $125 reward), I would have never suspected to have regretted booking here. In my opinion, over $200 a night for the quality of these hotel rooms is ridiculous. The breakfast buffet is an extra charge per guest and it was the equivalent of what I could have gotten for free at another competitor's hotel. Parking is also a hassle if you are getting in late. We had to park in another hotel's connecting lot.
The late-night front desk worker was nice and I thought about asking for a different room but the hotel was packed out both nights and I wasn't going to be surprised to be told there was not anything they could do. Also, I am pretty sure the beds are all the same in each room so I felt like there wasn't anything I could really do to fix the situation. Other than that, it was fine. My family and I felt safe being there.

The gentleman checking us in was super helpful and friendly. He got us extra towels and new bedding for the pull-out sofa and made sure we had the room downstairs by the back door for the dogs. Breakfast was good, but pricey so ask for the free coupon at check-in. I would definitely stay here again. Perfect room for us traveling with multiple kids and dogs without paying an arm and a leg or giving up on quality.

We arrived at 5:30pm to an almost full parking lot. During check-in, we were told "a room" is being cleaned, please wait in dining area because I have other guests to check-in. I made this reservation on 4/30/22 and it is 5/10/22. Why isn't the room ready? It appeared guests after us did not have to wait. Are Hotel.com guests placed last? I asked the employee why wasn't our room ready? She said if we had checked-in at 3:00pm (earliest) there would not have been a problem. She said this was how the hotel operated. So we are treated like first-come-first-served guests??? I will definately elevate this complaint. Not good business practice. So if we checked-in at 9:00pm, our reserved room will not be available. Our room was an "accessible" room. We didn't ask for a room change in fear of not having a room. Room was not very clean. Hair in sink, on lamp shades, and radio. The room had more than adequate lighting, however. We paid an extra $30 per day for breakfast for 2 adults, 2 children. You had to pay an additional $3.00 to eat from the continental breakfast area. That should have been included. The breakfast items that weren't freshly made felt like microwavable food (pancakes, waffle, french toast). You're better off eating from a good buffet type setup (e.g. Hampton Inn). Definately our first and last stay. Pros: Good location to freeway. Our restaurant server-La Detria, was very polite and so hard working. She was a one person server, cleaner.

We evacuated during a hurricane and were so happy to arrive to such a comfortable hotel with such friendly staff. Our kids had a great time in the indoor pool!

Our stay was great. We were greeted as we walked in and the front desk clerk was extremely helpful. My kids and I had been on the road for 14 hours and the hotel had a heated indoor pool and spa. This was exactly what we needed. The room was large and the A/C was nice and chilly. As we left the morning desk clerk made sure our stay was pleasant and they had to go breakfasts which was perfect for our next 10 hour drive. Thank you.
