The hotel is in a very good location close to the city centre no problem at all getting from place to place. A lot of restaurants available. Hotel provide standard breakfast nothing special but dinner was surprisingly good especially the foods they do for children. Hotel overall was ok it is a bit aged the room, quite easy to see from the wall, the carpet, the mould in the bathroom. Because of that it makes you feel the place isn’t very clean.

Room is a bit tired. Shower tricky to operate. TV stuck on BBC1 and staff on duty were unable to clear the child lock.

Great hotel in a prime location. Lovely staff always helpful. Hotel kept clean and rooms checked daily. Only negative was the no kids allowed in bar area after 10pm. Never had this in any other Holiday Inn or other hotel for that matter as a paying guest.
