The only restaurant nearby was absolutely a waste of time and money. The hotel had NO ICE and recommended I drive to the nearby grocer to get ice. :( The only ability to heat food was an old limited timer microwave. Bed was ok but lack of a fridge and ice hindered the ability to keep babies bottles chilled. I could go on and on, but …

Hotel allows animals, had a dog next door barking at odd times day and night, six dogs in cages under my window barking all evening. Noisy, doors banging, children shouting

Nice hotel with decent facilities. Air con unit was faulty but dealt with efficiently and offered complimentary drink/food. Rachael on reception is a credit to holiday inn and was amazing (even went to effort of printing some word searches for the kids).

There is a children's play area right next to the hotel. The hotel is conveniently close to the Wallace Monument. The check-in staff were very kind and the room is comfortable. We were given a double bed and pullout couch for four people however but we made it work.
