Staff excellent, food good, location great. Noisy in rooms from passing guests outside room. We had a baby cot in the room but it didn’t have a comfy mattress causing our wee one to have a terrible sleep. Apart from that… all good.

Overall very clean and reception staff very friendly. Only problem I had was waiting an hour for food with 2 young children and then I had to go and find someone as they had forgot the side orders of garlic bread. More staff needed on bar as queue was very long every time you wanted a drink.

Had to stay here due to being stranded because of Storm Babet. Managed to secure a family room for the 5 of us. Very pleased with this hotel overall and would stay again if needed. Service was friendly and efficient. Room was comfortable and quiet, with all the amenities we needed. There’s not much in the immediate locality to do on foot (or visit for dining options) but for a stopover it’s just fine. Ate dinner and breakfast here and it was fine. Good selection of all the usual options you’d expect in a hotel of this nature. Kids loved the breakfast pancake machine. Parking was easy and cost an additional £10 for an overnight stay.

We had a great stay, we are a family of 2 adults, 4 kids. The apartment was perfect and really well set up & comfortable. Staff were super helpful & friendly

Close to GLA Glasgow airport we stayed there because we had an early morning flight. The hotel was clean and the room was what we needed for a family of 3. Breakfast was included which was a nice surprise and the hotel is a 3 minute walk to the airport and a 2 minute walk from the car rental drop off.

The room was not clean, rubbish under the beds, carpets were dirty, bathroom disgusting with dirt and hair I don’t think I will be booking again, I am looking at other hotels as I have family there and want to visit often

I was overloaded with souvenirs for family & friends in Canada and on my way to Ireland returning 9 days later & both the manager & asst manager Fiona were able to assist in securing my souvenirs in laundry bags with my information on them until my return back to the hotel for an additional overnight stay. This was truly appreciated.

It was ok. The best part was that the room accommodated 2 adults and 3 kids in 1 room. We used it before an early flight and it was perfectly adequate for that
