Courtyard by Marriott Glasgow Airport

I stayed with 3 friends in a family room before flying out to Portugal early the next morning to celebrate a 50th birthday. Room was lovely and comfortable. Staff were great. It was a gorgeous evening so we went for a drink and to sit in the outside area of the bar. The girls behind the bar were lovely and one of them noticed we were celebrating a birthday. She appeared 5 minutes later with a birthday dessert for from friend and made her feel very special. Easy walk over to the airport the next morning too. Would recommend.

We always enjoy this hotel when we come up to see family as it’s close to motorway and easy to get around Glasgow from. Our main complaint this time was the discovery of a very dirty towel all folded up as if it was clean. When I pointed it out to hotel staff I was told it was probably because it was a male member of staff in the laundry and they are not always as fastidious, not what I wanted to hear.

As expected was very convenient for the airport. Checked in mid-evening so did not see much of the hotel. Unfortunately noisy kids in the connecting room. Fortunately they seemed to go quiet around 10pm

Staff did not adequately respond to complaints about children playing and running in the hallways in the evening when guests are trying to sleep. The hotel was chosen because of early morning flights and the convenience to the Airport. This was unexpected and unacceptable

Breakfast staff were hounding us like hyenas. Skid marks in toilet. Bed had hair on it also terrible mattress need I go on. No where near 4 star should be 2

Specifically booked and paid for a room with 2 double beds (for health reasons, 2 adults and a child, not a couple) got to room to find 1 (very very uncomfortable) double bed and a sofa bed with the thinnest mattress possible where you could feel every piece of metal underneath. Would have been far more comfortable and considerably cheaper booking a premier inn or travel lodge. Worst beds I've ever experienced in a hotel and would never stay here again

Amazing stay from the time we arrived. Rooms were very quiet that you forget how close you are to the airport. Hotel was only 20mins from Duck Bay Marina restaurant, Loc Lomond. Our family room was spacious & very comfortable to stay in. Restaurant food was great too with a very friendly young man the night we arrived, who commented on how polite our family were. Unfortunately our young Son fell ill throughout the last night and next morning young lady Kirsty from the restaurant could not do enough to help me with the requirements to make his stay even more comfortable. Massive thank-you Kirsty for going beyond your duties. The lady at reception also did not rush us to leave our room until we could and the hotel room cleaning lady was very helpful with extra towels too. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to our next visit.

I parked in front of the hotel to pick up my family (for 5 minutes while loading bags, open trunk) and got a ticket !!!!

Stayed here with my family after a last minute flight cancellation. It was very comfortable and is just a few minutes walk from the airport terminal.

Overall happy with hotel and staff however had American guests in the room next door who were extremely loud and was having a conversation on loud speaker we heard everything they were chatting about so either the walls were paper thin or they were just really loud we tried to contact reception but was unsuccessful just rang out 3 times so ended up having to go to there door as they woke our kid up. But overall very clean rooms comfortable beds friendly staff
