No upgrades available and more suited for business travel only. All rooms are single bed with pullout couch. Super good breakfast and value for the menu, but would have preferred being able to upgrade as it only had a pullout for the kids

Really nice hotel situated a 10 minute walk from the city centre and 2 walk from the bus and train station. The hotel was clean and comfortable enough size for a family of 4. It had plenty of everything from towels to tea and coffee. Breakfast was included and was delicious and plentiful. Would definitely return here again if taking a trip to Belfast.

This overnight was such a treat for us as a couple. A kid free overnight get away. Beautiful hotel, friendly helpful staff, lovely bar area and a banging breakfast. What more could we ask for.

We’ve stayed here a lot as a family usually our go to choice when in Belfast. If your car doesn’t fit in the car park (over size- we had roof box on so wouldn’t fit) there are 2 options luckily it was free for us to park there. The room we had this time needed new beds 100%! We could feel the springs! Very very uncomfortable sleep this time. Breakfast seemed chaotic and it wasn’t even that busy. We got a table no Problem but lots of waiting for food/ coffee etc. not even sure why nothing was flowing right.

If you’re flying into Belfast International, this hotel has a perfect location: it’s right next to the bus station that you’ll arrive in if you get the express bus from the airport. Also, being just to the south west of the city centre, it’s in a great location for getting to the central sights like City Hall and St George’s Market, but also well placed for the south of the city (Ulster Museum and Botanic Gardens) and for seeing the murals on the west side- we could even see one of King Billy from our window! Plenty of buses and train options for getting to the Cathedral and Titanic quarters too. Great service from the front desk, happy to help with any questions- we arrived around midday and hadn’t paid for early check in, but they’d already cleaned our room so we were able to check in anyway- room perfectly fine, as you’d expect from this sort of chain hotel. Plenty of choice for breakfast- making your own waffles was a unique option, which I can imagine kids would really enjoy! Nice to see potato bread as one of the options for a full Irish, along with lots of continental options (cheeses, pastries, fruit etc). Only criticism was the cooked options were slightly limited- no mushrooms or tomatoes, and only scrambled eggs rather than fried (although admittedly we didn’t ask if this was an option). Overall we really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book it again!

Incredible staff! Best Hampton breakfast I’ve ever had, excellent location, plenty of parking, minor inconvenience to use the parking. Once again, the staff though, top to bottom fantastic. Had a family room, still on the small side but comfortable enough. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Good location, beds not comfortable, kids age 16 & 11 slept on a sofa bed which wasn’t comfortable & they couldn’t sleep. Very small room for a family of 4. Breakfast was ok & within a very small space to try to manoeuvre trays of food. Cleaners only left 2 bath towels when there was 4 of us. Overall 5/10

All good, although one extra pull out bed would have been handy as we had our two kids with us.
