The hotel was being renovated which we found out after our booking was made . Working in the maintenance environment I know you would have known about a refurb much earlier. The staff in the temporary check in were like youth club kids not very professional in my eyes . Trying to get back in after midnight was hard as had to press a bell which no one seemed to hear. The room was very tired (802) hairdryer only worked for 30 seconds before cutting out . The tv remote is locked in some way so can’t turn up above 20 or set sleep timer not much use to me as am hard of hearing.
