Lancaster Hotel & Spa

Really nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and tidy room with everything you would need. Very nice breakfast with a good selection of foods (kids loved the pastrys!) Unfortunately not the best night's sleep due to factors that are not really the hotels fault, it was a very very hot weekend and the room was absolutely boiling there was a fan in the room which we had on and the window open but as the hotel is situated in the grounds of the university (we didn't really realise this when booking) it was very noisy and had to shut the window which made it even hotter! As I said not really anyones fault and we only stayed for one night while visiting legoland and London. All in all a nice place to be with a easy walk into Uxbridge for the tube or food.

Stayed 1 night in 14 Feb 2023 with family. location is excellent and like to go again.

The room was a fairly decent size but the problem was the temperature in the room - it was unbearably hot! I stayed with my wife and two kids and none of us were able to sleep. I'm not sure why the room was so warm because it wasn't even that warm of a day. A small fan was provided but didn't make a difference. Definitely won't stay here again unless they get AC installed. Other issues were cleanliness (crumbs all over the carpet) and location (it's on a university campus which was a bit strange - made it a bit hard to find).

Its location on the campus is good coz i have a child at the university.the staff are friendly Unfortunately housekeeping isnt done daily..The dining menu is very limited. Connecting to the wifi is a long process..and everytime you lreturn to the hotel you have to reconnect
