Excellent staff in the Grill and dinner exceeded our expectations. Perhaps the Grill team should be running Reception? 4 reception staff yet only 1 guest being checked in while a queue of tired hot guests with small children built up. No acknowledgement we were standing there. Bad first impression

as a family we stopped overnight in two rooms, which were clean and very comfortable, the batrooms were first class, and breakfast in the morning was superb, check-in was a bit slow and the cost for overnight parking quite high, but overall our experience was very good and we would use the hotel again
