What i’d expect from a HIE. Stayed in better HIEx with business but i was in this one with family. Wouldnt of been so bad if i was solo.
Poor breakfast, too busy with staff not able to keep things available. 1st morning no milk, cutlery, eggs or butter. Second no pastries or milk with half hot option missing and arriving in drips and drabs.
No hot option other than black coffee with coffee machine broke both mornings.
Bed squeaky and sounded broken, shower head wouldnt hold as bracket was broken so had to hold it by hand.
Convenient for out trip but wouldnt really want to stay again

We stayed in a family room, all was clean on arrival we didnt get travel cot we did request to have one set up. So i manged to get one ourself from reception,my daugher wouldnt sleep my son couldn't sleep too hot,on 2nd day my son had meltdown multiple times during night which resulted in next door room banging on the wall as he woke them up, My lad is autistic obviously cant handle his emotions or tell us what he needs as hes non verbal. Nexttime illl inform the hotel not to put anyone next doors due to my room due to my sons late meltdowns. Also the outside of hotel could do with some decrations to make it look more inviting like plant pots.

We were met by the friendliest and most helpful reception ladies on arrival. Due to a member of our family being ill we didn't need both booked rooms. Couldn't have asked for a better welcome from Tasha and her colleague, they are a credit to the hotel. Room was comfortable, the king bed was huge, and the bathroom was lovely. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Would definitely stay again thank you.

Room was fine clean and had everything we needed check in and out was easy and staff was friendly. Only down fall was the beds were so hard and the pillows so couldnt sleep it was also so hot in there and went to use the fan they had on the clothing rack area and noticed it was full of dust so couldnt use it. I had 2 young children who found it hard to sleep with how hot and hard the beds were.

This was by far one of the worst hotels that we’ve stayed in. No comfort experienced whatsoever. The hotel is very tired looking and a throwback to the 90s. It’s in severe need of refurbishment. It’s a dog friendly hotel so our room had a terrible smell and it aggravated my asthma. Being close to Paultons Park there are plenty of families staying but not family friendly at all. As an example the tea/coffee station is within reach of small babies and toddlers so couldn’t even boil a kettle.
We wish we could have chosen a different hotel. The holiday became a nightmare just because there wasn’t any comfort in it. It’s not only filthy but everything is falling apart. The shower had no power whatsoever. The TV barely worked. There were hardly any electrical sockets to plug your devices into to charge. The few USB points charged the devices up verryyy slowly. The beds were very uncomfortable. The room was supposed to cater for 4 humans yet we could barely move. For the price we were charged we expected a lot lot more.
Breakfast was okay if you like a full English breakfast (we don’t). But there were plenty of mediocre items as an alternative. However hygiene isn’t at the forefront of their breakfast model so it’s okay if you like other guests touching your breakfast before you do!

It was in the middle of nowhere but there was a family restaurant close by that served a variety of foods. It served a decent contintenral breakfast and the restaurant served a good soze pizza for a decent price. It was located by a nice quiet neighborhood near the airport. Easy taxi pickup phone available.

We stayed here a few days awaiting a cruise in Southampton. The hotel is ok, and a big place for families, consequently, there were a lot of children. The hotel is showing it's age and is due for a reno. However, it is reasonably priced, has a good breakfast (included), and has a great friendly staff. If you stay here you must have a car. You really can't walk anywhere so keep your uber card handy. Overall it was pleasant, except for the isolation

Lift was broken we had 2 small children and luggage . Room was outdated and No bath .
We had a room to sleep 4 which was cramped .1 double bed and a sofa metal frame bed which is not practical with small children as frame comes sharp. Kettle was at a dangerous height it was so low down. Luggage holder was broken.
Breakfast was poor very limited choice

Where do I start? The room smelt of body odour, the duvet barely covered the bed, the bar ran out of one of the beers on tap on the first night and then another the following day. When we tried to book a table for dinner we were told that they already had 1 family of four booked in at the time we asked for so were told we would have to wait 30 mins!! Overall wouldn't recommend. I know it was a budget Hotel, but I suggests those few extra pounds would be worth it to go elsewhere!
