Basic hotel which is all we needed for visiting family. Free parking (make sure register at reception) and handy location for us for family, bars and restaurants nearby.

Weekend visiting family. Hotel easy to find and check in was quick and easy. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable although bathroom looked tired and in need of a spruce up and some fresh skirting boards fitted. Has access to the adjoining pub through hotel and easy access to Stratford road shops bars and restaurants. Free parking in car park behind hotel. £112 for 2 nights was a fair price, we would stay here again.

The reception staff was absolutely amazing so helpfull. My baby wasn't feeling well the following morning of our stay. They supported us so well in allowing us tobtake our time to check out. The lady showed a lot of compassion and consideration

Good smooth check in .. comfortable stay Only downside is stairs!! Bed was comfortable and good black out blinds. The only thing I would disagree on is being charged extra £10 to check out at 12pm rather standard time of 10am - too early if you there for leisure time or have families 😬

Excellent value for money as was the attached pub. Room was clean and beds were comfortable enough considering we were in a family room with 2 extra beds

Good room for the price and somewhere to put your head. Not too loud considering location by the busy road and shops etc.. room was a little tired bits coming away, marks on walls and cobwebs etc..but still comfortable for a family of 4

Close to my family home so great for visits for me. It’s clean, the beds are comfy the towels are big clean and white. You could pay £200 for a bedroom in lots of cities, this is fantastic value for money. It’s behind a very busy pub, but you can’t hear it.

Room was spacious and spotless. Stayed with 2 children who loved it and we felt very safe. Great nights sleep. Staff are a credit to the hotel, very welcoming and never stopped smiling 🙂

Didn't get to stay here, booked in order to meet up with family, the staff were given Christmas off. Fair enough and the staff did apologise. However Expedia then failed to respond to numerous e mails replying to them after they'd repeatedly sent email offers of alternatives, they then cancelled the booking on Christmas eve so no time to sort an alternative. Christmas stressful and ruined despite being organised and booking back in June!
