The Resident Covent Garden

A very clean and well located business hotel that was not ideally suited for a family vacation. The service when we arrived was excellent but we were surprised when they offered no assistance in helping to reclaim our lost luggage from Heathrow. Room was oddly configured, but bed was comfortable and it was very quiet given the intensive tourist activity outside.

The staff were great. They catered to our needs with small kids. The location is 2mins away from everything Covent garden has to offer and bus and underground routes.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, our family celebrated our New year. we enjoyed the stayed here

This hotel was everything that reviews said about it. 😎❤️ It was so easy to walk to coffee shops, drug stores, wonderful eating places, The Market with extraordinary things at great prices. But aside from all this while at this hotel my husband had a medical emergency and they handled it as though he was their own family member! 🙏 I may forget all their names but I will never forget how they made me feel in a time of crisis! Thank you Resident Hotel for making me know what a 5 star hotel really is. 😎🙏❤️🙏

Love the boutique feel . Very personalised n helpful service from the check in staffs. Himalaya is such a gem to the hotel. His service is top notch. Even my teenagers told me that his service is excellent He is always smiling n try every little way to make us all feel so at home. Joanna is jus as professional n helpful like him. The room is very comfy for 3 of us. Amenities are high quality. The bathing towels are so fluffy n the bed make us sleep like baby. The lobby is clean n bright, very pretty decorated with flowers n has nice scent. The room also has nice scent. Pleasantly surprise with a welcome bottle of wine too. I will definitely stay here again. Tqvm

In the heart of Covent Garden, walkable to shops and dining . Super friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Room not super large but had everything we needed and well organized, including a kitchenette area, which was great for baby.
