Had an amazing stay at the Langham with my family. All of the staff were extremely kind and helpful especially Lina with guest services! The location is wonderful being able to walk to the main shopping streets. The concierge are very knowledgeable about things to do and the area to point you in the right direction and the bell man are super kind as well making us feel welcomed. They have nice amenities and there lounge is extremely worth it with great meal/snack selections and superior service.

Amazing hotel with wonderful, attentive staff! The beds are so comfy, you can sink in and rest well. They had decorated for the holidays, and the lights were most beautiful and festive. The staff always remember who you are and make you feel like visiting family. This is my top hotel choice in London.

Excellent hotel in perfect location for shopping. My only criticism is the traditional English breakfast being vegan and junior staff in the Palm Court not being sufficiently trained or attentive.

Ok stay. Had to go to reception 4 times to get inter connecting door to be unlocked. My teenage children were not allowed in bar after 9 pm also not allowed swimming after 10 am on Sunday.
