The Mandeville Hotel

From the moment we stepped inside the hotel, our experience there was excellent. We flew in from the states and got to the hotel earlier than check-in. The staff was incredibly kind, storing our luggage for us and promising to get a room ready for us as soon as they could. Every single person we encountered at the hotel, during our stay, was incredibly kind. This was some of the best customer service we've ever received on a trip. The room was so nice. Great view from our window. The hotel has an attached bar and restaurant, which was great for us to meet with family/friends and hang out before heading out. The food in the restaurant was great. Bar staff were wonderful. The only thing I can say that wasn't to my liking was the beds were a little too firm for my taste and the pillows didn't hold any shape. Other than that, everything else was wonderful. And you can't beat the location! Beautiful area of London with world class shopping two blocks away on Oxford St. The tube station is a couple of blocks away on Oxford St. You can walk to so many things from this hotel. You can't go wrong staying here!
