We like to stay here because the rooms are a good size and good value for those with children. Our kids love the “cloud beds”. We went to London for my daughter’s birthday this last time and she they left us delicious celebration mousse. Really great every time. Easy to get all over London from this hotel.

The room was very tiny but well organized. I liked how it had many places to plug in electrical devices all conveniently located on the desk. The room was really hot when I first entered. It took two hours for it to finally cool down to an acceptable temperature which was ridiculous considering how small that room was. I was not able to change the preset temperature for comfort and the fan was VERY loud even at its lowest setting. At night I grew to somewhat like to noise of the fan as it downed out some of the noise of the other guests. Lots of kids and doors that would not prop open made moving around the hotel a very noisy experience as people were constantly banging their belongings into everything in order to get through a door with running children. The elevators were small and on either side of a staircase. If you pushed the call button either elevator was liable to respond but there was no way that you were going to make it to the elevator on the other side of the staircase if it came especially with how busy the lobby and elevator were. I stayed on the fifth floor and still walked the stairs whenever possible to avoid the messy elevator situation. The concierge also didn’t bother to tell anyone that they would need their key card to go up which lead to a lot of confusion for many of its guests. While the important parts of the room were nice and clean ( bed, sink, shower, toilet), the room had not been dusted in some time and the walls in the bathroom were filthy.

Perfect location, 10min walk from Euston and a 2min walk to Warren St station. Friendly staff on the reception and concierge. Negative aspect was the size of the room, booked for a double room however it literally fit a double bed and that’s it. The bathroom was extremely small with a shower big enough for a child. Checkout is 11am but we were disturbed at 9am from the cleaner knocking on our door wanting to clean the room. We politely told the cleaner that checkout is at 11am.

Nice hotel. Close to tube station. Lots of cafes in the area. Didn’t have time to use the hotel dinning or bar facilities as were were meeting up with family but reception staff were very friendly and efficient. Nice comfortable bed.

Very well located, room was excellent for our family of 3. We have requested an early check in - check in time was 15:00 - but we never got an answer or update and ended up doing it at the regular time.

Theatre trip with family. Shocked by lack of taxis to get to our booked restaurant. We ended up not getting there prior to the theatre. So a pre booking of taxis should be offered and publicised to your customers. I also felt the room was cold. Perhaps you should check room temperature prior to guests arrival. It took 2 hrs to warm up.

I reached the hotel 21:00 with all my family just to be told that they are overbooked and can not provied my the two rooms i booked through hotels.com (order that was confirmed with credit card). Further more they said that all the hotels are fully booked and they cant provide me alternative solution. I was lucky enough to find on my own one room in another hotel to spend the night. The hotel didnt offer any compensation or took any responsibility on destroying my family vacation

This is a good hotel in central London and more than adequate for my one night stay. I would consider staying again and would recommend to family and friends.
