We enjoyed our 4 day stay at this location and had no issues with our room. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for our family trip to London, which included a lot of site seeing. We took the express train (just a short walk- a block or two away to the Victoria Train Station) to get to London Garrick Airport when we left, which was very convenient. It was a pricey stay, but that is to be expected in this area of London and the rates were comparable to similar hotels in the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Looks good, facilities good and in a good location. Windows didn't block out as much sound as I would have expected and beds were pretty uncomfortable, especially the pillows. Noise from upstairs like moving furniture for around 25 mins around midnight. Sofa bed needed a bigger duvet at the very leadt to allow two children to share this.

We stayed at this hotel during our family trip to London/Paris and we weren't disappointed, the area is a walk distance to everything, if you are like us and enjoy walking everywhere then this hotel is for you. Plus, the room was comfortable, not terrible. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and full of options. If you don't feel like going out for dinner after a long day you can just eat at their restaurant, the menu is actually good, even my kids liked it. They also have a small gym in the lower level that I used a couple times. My only complain is our room was a bit too hot and we couldn't figure the thermostat. Other than that I would recommend this hotel.

Perfectly situated for tourism. Room was also perfect for family travel & vacations. Great amenities. Amazing staff.

What a beautiful hotel it is the staff are amazing , the rooms are very good, food is amazing . Amazing little touches in the room . Could not fault a thing me and the missus would definitely stay there again but with the family next time . Very very happy so thank you park plaza Victoria it was a pleasure

Great hotel in a convenient location. Biggest issue was the room heat was semi-functional requiring a hotel staffer to reboot the system. Situation was resolved but it led to a late night with a tired family. We appreciated the offer to decline room service for either a food voucher or bottle of wine (we needed the wine).

My husband had medical problems during our stay. The concierge staff, most notably Rodrigo were incredibly helpful and supportive. Rekja (sp?) From Budapest was delightful, and George helped us with a housekeeping issue. I felt like family.

Beautiful hotel close to Victoria station which was important to me , warm friendly staff we had booked suite but was asked if we could have two separate rooms instead, which wasn’t a problem at all a complimentary round of drinks was offered and a free breakfast for all , the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and apologetic, would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family .
