We stayed in a family “wizard” room and it was wonderful. Lots of thoughtful design touches - whoever decorated these rooms really took a lot of care with all the details. The included wizard breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. Also they gave my daughter some wizard coins to exchange for treats.
No lift but the staff help you with your bags on the stairs, and you can request a ground floor room if you have difficulty with stairs.

We stayed in the Wizarding Chamber and it was very cool! I won't spoil the surprises if you decide to stay there but the kids were very excited and the room was so fun. It was about 15 minutes walk from the theatre where we watched Hamilton so a great location. Felt safe and quiet. Breakfast was amazing! Would thoroughly recommend. Thanks for a great stay!

An absolutely fantastic experience! I came here on work but what an unexpected surprise. Fully themed hotel - lots of fun. From the chamber en-suite room to the intricate details in the hallways to the coins and wax-sealed personalised letter received on arrival. Coins to use to purchase snacks/souvenirs. Lots of fun quirks and I’ll be sure to come again (next time bringing family to take advantage of all that is on offer - we’ll make use of the secret cinema room and Harry Potter films next time).
Whilst I stayed here for business, I enjoyed walking the building and reading the newsletter. The breakfast was superb and a true reflection on the hotel - very high quality.
I stay in London every other week for work and this is easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Please keep up these standards!
My only gripe was the back fire exit being used by maintenance/staff. The door kept banging which caused minor interruption.

Stayed two nights in a family room on the third floor. Note it is an old house so no elevator, but no problem for us.
Very nice and cosy room and great breakfast. Staff was nice and the area around Victoria Station was central, both for sights and catching the trains to Gatwick.
Can really recommend staying here.

We stayed at the Georgian House for 10 days with my family and thoroughly enjoyed the full experience. My niece was thrilled with the fantastical touches of the Wizard Room and all of the little details of Wizard coins and exciting extras that the experience provided. Breakfast was fantastic and our waitstaff were so warm and inviting. Although the building is historic and has a few quirks of small steps, no air conditioning, or elevator, the staff were so gracious and helpful that we felt like we got personalized concierge service. I highly recommend the Georgian House for a unique family-friendly experience.

Unbearably hot in both rooms that were booked and no hot water in one of the rooms after the first night. It took almost an hour for a fan to be delivered to one of the rooms with the staff member taking exception to being asked more than once to bring the fan - unacceptable behaviour. Especially embarrassing as I had booked the rooms for family visiting London, all of whom left London early rather than stay another night.

Nice breakfast at their Pimlico Pantry downstairs; offered us complimentary full breakfast one morning. NO ELEVATOR in hotel so we walked 81stairs up to our family room on top floor! which was very small, yes updated, but had no fan or electrical outlet in bathroom. May be a European norm. Mixed review on hotel; nice staff good food but small room and no elevator. Convenient to Victoria Station and bus tours 5-10 minute walk.

This is a small townhouse hotel. Small little front desk on a big circle dining table look- however they were very friendly and excellent service!
When booking the hotel, we knew there was going to be stairs, but did not realize how steep the stairs were, and we replaced on the top floor, fourth floor, which was a five flight walk up. And we left the room in the morning and came back knowing we were not going g out again. Which kinda defeated the purpose bc we chose this hotel for location so we can go back and rest throughout the day when kids were tired. The front desk did help us carry our luggage upstairs! There was a message that the phone to the reception also didn’t work so we had no way to communicate unless walking taking the stairs!
The room is older but looks like it was newly renovated not too long ago. Think they have older carpet and area rugs. The bed-sheets were luxury super soft silky-better than high end hotels!!!! Bathroom was nice and spacious- but the doors do not close all the way and the towel hook in the bathroom was broken. But since we so far up we didn’t bother going down to tell them to fix it. I thought the room was small but European rooms are smaller so that’s fine. I’d suggest for hotel to consider a rack for luggage bc we had no idea how to open our luggage besides using the one chair in the room.
Otherwise I’d recommend if you are ok with lots of stairs, want something walking distance and nice front desk service!
