Carpets smelled on every floor. Need to be replaced as it spoils the hotel Refused an omelette at breakfast The sigle beds and sofa beds awful and only for kids. Otherwise good

The Park Plaza hotel is perfectly located for a Leeds city break. Less than 5 mins walk from the station. In the heart of the city shops and restaurants. My room was on the 17th floor, spacious, light and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Usually when I come to Leeds to visit family, I have chosen 2 other hotels, but I will definitely return to this one.

Another great stay at the hotel. Very clean hotel, the room was great for a family. Sofa bed in one room and bed in another room with a door in between so you can watch Tv while children sleep. Breakfast was yummy with lots of choice in hot and cold food. Staff and very helpful and friendly. Felt the main bed wasn’t as comfy as usual this time. Felt like a put-me-up bed and mattress, a very squeaky metal frame and springy feeling mattress. Didn’t put us off going again, just hope we get one of their better beds.
