Atrocious! Avoid at all costs, told us to park in a dodgy, tiny car park - even though we had 2 pregnant women and a baby with us - and despite the fact that WE WERE ENTITLED TO A SPACE WITH OUR BOOKKN. Service was horrible too. Loads of other good hotels right next door. AVOID oddfellows at all costs

Radiator in room dangerously scolding hot would burn a child’s skin badly
Toilet was dirty with a human stool in the toilet left
Not cleaned
2 people behind bar with full of people waiting as the lounges are full of events
Busy showing off making cocktails meaning people wanting easy prepared drinks (beer) queuing for ages

An absolute gem of a hotel, a great find. Clean, comfortable and very quirky. It is in a perfect location to explore this City with restaurants/cafes all around. Felt safe in our surroundings.
All i can say as a negative is the bathroom isn’t ideal, especially if sharing with friend/new partner/child as privacy is to the minimum woth all the glass!!

Receptionist pleasant but not much information given on check in.
Room lovely but not suited for family, no space for extra bed so was in the way. Extra bed not at all suitable for 12 year old girl. More like a folding sun bed with very thin mattress.
Hotel hosting a wedding, baby shower and birthday party so bar very busy.
Woken at 2:30am by other guests leaving wedding.
Aircon too noisy to sleep with running, kept banging every 10 mins or so.
Wasn’t offered breakfast, ate elsewhere.
Overall a little disappointing for the £240 cost of the room.

Came to Chester for mother in laws 94th birthday. The apartment was spacious, so comfy and really well equipped. It was cold and 2 radiators weren’t working. Contacted receptionist who arranged for engineer to come straight away and this was rectified.
Would not hesitate to visit again and recommend to friends and family.

The apartment was great for a short family stay - clean and well decorated with ample facilities and space. Great location with a free parking spot. Smooth check-in and check-out, would highly reccommend.

I have stayed in two of the apartments (3 and 5) - both have an equipped kitchen/living area, two bedrooms with bathrooms, and a washing machine. Apartment 3 is on the ground floor. Apartment 5 is on the first floor (up stairs) has an additional powder room. The apartments are located in an annex within easy walking distance of the hotel and all the sites in the city centre, about 100 yard, close to the city wall and River Dee. Parking is a bit crowded - barely enough space if all the apartments are occupied. They are serviced, but some days were missed and did not always replace soaps, etc. The internet in Apartment 5 stopped working a few times during our stay. Overall a great option to stay in Chester for a family of 4.

We were so pleasantly surprised with the generous proportions, given the very competitive rates being charged. The apartment was ideal for our family's stay in Chester, we'll definitely return for our next stay
