The hotel was located in a quiet location but close to the centre. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was very spacious and very comfortable. The lounge and bar area was very pleasant and the outside area very peaceful. The only downside was that the bath had not been cleaned and a tide mark was left around the edge of the bath. However, we would definitely return to the Hotel du Vin in Cheltenham.

The room was great, stayed in the junior suite which was such luxury! Reception staff were lovely and welcoming, they heard it was my birthday and sent up some complimentary champaign which was a lovely little touch. Hotel is close to shops and places to eat, overall it was a lovely treat
