The hotel was lovely. The staff were very friendly. The pool was excellent which the children loved. I had an issue with an additional charge that I needed to discuss and I haven’t yet had the call back as promised.

Ellenborough Park is a gorgeous property filled with rich history. Definitely pick up a historic pamphlet written by Jonathon and ask him for a tour. The property is mesmerizing. The staff is wonderful- especially Veronica the guest manager. We adored our waiter, One who went out of his way to make sure the entire family had a lovely meal each night. The food is high quality and the dining room is gorgeous. The rooms could definitely use a little updating though, particularly with some of the furniture pieces and the shower area. All in all we had a fantastic stay and would return in a heartbeat!
