Stayed here before. The usb wasnt working in the room but i did tell the staff to fix it.had to leave early for a family emergency. Very close to the station and the staff are great. I would definetly go again. Just feel like there missing out on the food. Having tried it i can say it is great. But the price... its double what you can get 2 minutes away. Reduce the price and you will get more customers.

We ordered baby cot, it comes with a cheap travel bed without mattress or any mat, no cover, pillow, or blanket. Hotel said they don't provide rest. Basically you can't even use the baby cot anyway. The room is small, dusty, broken, the hot water was not function in beginning, seems like haven't been use for a long time. The shower head was so old and broken, barely can shower. The room doesn't look like the picture in hotel.com where I booked it.

Welcoming staff, who upgraded us to to double beds. Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel can help you with parking, which covers until the following day at 12 noon (not 3am which the car park itself covers) so useful to know as was worried based on previous reviews. Breakfast was below average for me, we went down at 8am and found hot breakfast items stone cold. Otherwise a pleasant one night stay for me and my two young children.

Great location and a cool walk down to the sea side. Make sure the kids bring scooters as it's a 15-20 mins walk down to the sea front (and up hill on way back). Avoid the Brighton game too if you're in a family group Car park handy, however you pay extra if it's past 12pm on check put day. Hotel is great. The best breakfast we had!! Check out is 11am too which is handy

Great stay, beautiful spacious open lounge. Football table was a bonus for the kids although there was no ball to play with on the last day and receptionist didn’t have any spare. The lady with long black hair could try to be a bit more friendlier to guests during breakfast instead of making faces and giving bad attitude to show her disappointment.

Our stay was pleasant. Staff were friendly. Hotel was clean. We had food in the restaurant 2 adults 2 child. 1 child meal came out, 30 min later we were still waiting for the rest. We had all ordered the same meals so wasn’t sure why it took so long to come out. Mattress and pillows were very firm.

Only a one night stay for me and my family, however i can honestly say this was the most stress free experience ever. All of the staff went out of their way for every person they delt with, and did so in a kind and professional manner. The staff even made a point of taking an intrest in why we were there. Will absolutely be going back every time we visit Brighton and Hove. 100% recommended.

Perfect for the train station. If you arrive early you can leave you bags and get on with your day and then check in when you are ready to go to bed. It's a bit of a walk to the beach but close to the station, which means you don't have to carry your bags much when you arrive or when leaving. Good breakfast, good beds, good shower. Foosball table great for kids.

The children's/single bed mattress was wet through. There was no spare, no rooms to move us to. The member of staff who attended told us to report at the desk in the morning, which we did. However the response was 'thanks for telling us'. No apology, no acknowledgement that our son had gone to bed on a wet mattress, wet with (at best) water from used towels. Not great!

Very clean nice and and friendly service. Breakfast was nice. We enjoyed the downstairs area. Kids enjoyed playing pool table. Our room was on the family floor. Meaning kids could play and and laugh without being told off or anyone complaining of noise.
