Hotel du Vin Brighton

Lovely hotel and well situated for everything Brighton has to offer. The room was wonderful and catered for every need. I didn’t eat at the hotel but the bar was very welcoming and the staff friendly. I was meeting family the day after I arrived so was on my own for my first night but didn’t want to spend my evening in Brighton alone in my room, lovely as it was. I am happy to say I felt very comfortable as a lone female in a cosy corner of the bar with a big glass of wine and my book and the complimentary nibbles made me feel truly spoilt. A wonderful stay.

Very pleasant overnight stay while visiting family locally. All staff lovely, food delicious, cute room.

Was offered upgrade on arrival (which is supposed to happen because I’m a Hotels.com Gold member, but rarely does). It was particularly welcome because I had had a sad day at a family funeral. I had a lovely meal in the restaurant and felt welcomed and comfortable. Great location too.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Hotel de Vin. A warm welcome on arrival, complementary upgrade to a junior suite which was beautiful, the dreamiest most comfortable bed, and the staff were all absolutely lovely.

We’ve stayed here before and so impressed with the hotel we were grateful for the opportunity to return and got upgraded to a junior suite which was wonderful. This hotel has such a lovely relaxed vibe about it and at the same time achieves such a wonderful environment and the staff and chefs deliver a fabulous service. Well done will come back again & again 👍

Very comfortable and well serviced. Great location - right by the beach and Laines but in a quiet street. Excellent bar and bistro. Clean. Good for families. Only suggestion would be more veggie items on the room service menu/maybe some lighter snacks for kids?

We had such a wonderful stay as a family of three. Our room was on the 1st floor and had everything we needed. The only things I could pick holes in was the room was dusty, skirting boards and low areas need a good wipe down and there is not a lift in the hotel, luckily for us we were 1st floor so had to carry the buggy not too far but any higher would of been a struggle. We only had 1 issue which was when we booked the property it said children were free, however my 2 year old is tall so I requested a bed for him and then was told it would be £30pn charge only the day before, so we took our own blow up as I found this unfair. Breakfast was 10/10 great selection and delicious foods. We stayed for 2 nights and opted out for housekeeping and was giving a token for a “drink on us” which was a lovely touch! I would like to say, the staff are a credit to the hotel. Really kind, friendly and nothing too much trouble, the wonderful lady at breakfast went above and beyond and looked after us a treat. We loved Brighton and would highly recommend this place! & we will be back!

Room was not ready when we arrived, had to wait 1 hour.. Hotel was very Nice, but a bit noisy. Breakfast was great! Baby friendly, great for a family. Fantastic and friendly staff. Recommend this Hotel!
