The property was good in overall specially the reception during check in , our room was clean and good condition, quite, near the good restaurants and we had a good air conditioner. The negative point , as our 4 months baby was sick and the weather was hot, we asked reciption to extend our check out to 17h instead of 12h , they said if we pay 40£ we can stay until 14h and if we want to have room until 17h we should pay totality of the one night price whereas the hotel was calm without a lots of passenger , finaly we paid 40£ . I know that was a personal problem but this wasn't a good way to behave. Other negative points : for a 4 stars hotel the facilities was not good , we had a big room (Executive Bedroom) that was very good with a good view but the bed was small.

Unprofessional service where the staff initially deny to give extra bed for my kid. However, we already paid and requested for it upon my booking. After several round of negotiation, the staff finally offered us extra bed but wasted us an hour time. The staff blame the fault is coming from hotels.com.

I am incredibly disappointed and appalled at the service I received. I had spent over an hour going back and forth with the front of house team as they initially provided a room with service below what I had paid for. When asked to be moved they only offered two options; firstly, a room with twin beds even though they aware it was a couples stay. The second option to pay an additional £100 to be put in a junior suite. We chose to pay the additional £100 for the junior only to get to the room and find it to be dirty, single use dental cleaning kits opened and left, and food, containing allergens, left for a unidentifiable amount of time without any warning of allergies. I was only aware of allergies as my throat began to feel tight. We went to the reception again to enquire about the food left in the room, all the staff on sight had no clue, they had to contact the bakery to confirm that it had infact had allergen present. The entire time the staff were incredibly unhelpful and disregarding toward all our concerns. They were reluctant to speak to me and only after realise the significant consequences they may face did they bother to try and show some off handed care. When asked for management initially, we were discarded and told we were speaking to them and they had no one other then them available of seniority. My partner had to further press for contact information for management, they reluctantly provide the managers email. We were left in a twin room by then end of this

The hotel is stunning, lovely decor and wonderful presentation. The room was perfect for myself and my 2 kids - deluxe double room. Breakfast was lovely and a great deal. The location is great with a tram stop not too far. Great experience.
