Novotel Phuket Resort

Location was very close to patong beach just 2 minutes which was a great thing, they have shuttle car to transfer you from inside to outside or outside to inside the hotel as the hotel is on high level area. The trips organisers team was really nice and helpful. For family rooms with bunkbeds they need to assign the view in the web side because they gave us a very bad room at the beginning and changed it after many complaints Breakfast was poor. Reception team need to be more supportive specially during check-in as many people are coming from far distance with long flight.

Our balcony room with children was infront of electricity poles and the poles make a sound for almost 24 hours. The hotel was not children friendly

Not the newest but perfect location near all Patong beach attractions, but quiet with views and cooling breezes. Food was great, especially breakfast, family room ideal for up to 4.

I want my money back. Terrible service, rude staff, can’t get anything correct.. kid friendly resort with water in glass bottles... kettle with ants, worms in room, top it off you can’t get a cup of milk for baby at night... oh and when they are open for room service they bring you milk and your kid can’t stop throwing up from it.

Novotel Phuket Resort Patong was a lovely resort overall. Very friendly and polite staff, who assisted us with tour bookings and other queries we had during our short stay. Breakfast buffet was wonderful with plenty to choose from and catered for all nationalities. It can do with some facility updates as it's 4-star rating. We would recommend the resort to family or friends if visiting Phuket. We wish the staff all the best for the future and thank them for their hospitality.

Hotel lost our stroller (someone else took it) that we left at the reception and this completly spoiled our evening as we were not able to go out with our 4 month old baby... In top of that when you ask what happend no one wants to tell you the true (that someone took it) and keep give you excuses. Also you must use stairs (multiple times) to access your room which make it not convenient if you have a baby in a stroller. Except these 2 points, nice hotel, nice pool, hotel not exposed to the night life of Phuket and breakfast could be improved...
