Such a fun stay! The property caters to all types of travellers from families, groups and couples. We enjoyed the mix of the quiet pool by the room and then the more “beach club” vibes at the top pool. The room was clean and spacious, bed the most comfortable we have had in Thailand! Be aware it is a bit of a walk in the heat to hot spots like Bangla road and the shopping centre however this is made up by the fact that you are on the quieter end of Patong with less riff raff. Would stay again and recommend to others!

I selected this hotel due to its contemporary style and proximity to Bangla Road. It is situated directly across from the beach and a brief stroll to Bangla Road.
Its location, while picturesque, proved to be noisy. We were kept awake by guests in the hallway, wailing babies, and a belligerent individual who erroneously pounded on our door at 3am, causing a ruckus on our floor as he continued to knock on every door looking for his room.
Patong Beach is a party area. I would recommend this hotel!

Front the moment Sugar checked me in at the front desk to the every moment of interactions I've had with all staff members of this hotelthey we all very Warm and Sincere. They made me feel like family and I truly felt their love and appreciation.
The property is very well maintained, the breakfast, lunch and dinner was fantastic.
My all you can eat dining at Chao was exceptional thanks to Penny and Pookpick.
My only recommendation would be to over a different option for lunch,as its similar option thats available for the dinner.

Really well run and organised hotel. We had a Family Room and our 5 and 2 year old kids loved the themed room, and they enjoyed the respite of the kids club. Was good to have two options of where to eat breakfast as meant each restaurant was not overflowing with people

In a word phenomenal. Four Points made for a transformative vacation experience, they simply operated without error from the GM down to housekeeping. The staff was knowledgeable, professional and polite ready to provide assistance at a moments notice. The facilities were amazing allowing for some of the best rest my family has had in years. Centrally located next to everything I simply cannot wait till next year when we vacation here again!

LIKES: My family (2 adults, 2 kids aged 8 and 10) stayed at Four Points 14-22 January 2024. We had a family room which included separate bedrooms for the adults and kids with a living room in between. Each room had a tv and bathroom. My kids shared the bed which I would say was a double bed. The kids room was geared more towards a toddler or preschooler - the toilet was too small for my kids so they used the other bathrooms.
The mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable and the block out curtains worked well to assist with our jetlag. The turn down service was a nice touch each evening.
Complimentary bottled water was replenished daily with housekeeping but were glass bottles which made them slightly less transportable. The gym was well equipped and the pools and surrounds were clean.
Location wise it's fantastic as it's across the road from Patong Beach with easy access to street food. There was a crossing guard to help people cross the road as well which was great.
DISLIKES:
- Guests smoking on the grounds. Not nice when sitting outdoors during breakfast and copping smoke.
- Buffet breakfast wasn't great and not worth the price. Coffee was terrible and pastries were stale. I understand that with the massive variety of international and local food it's difficult to ensure food is served fresh daily. My suspicion is that a lot of food is reused from previous days/meals.
- Difficult to get a cabana or deck chairs. People would reserve them by leaving towels.

Location:
Patong Beach gets a bad rap, but it's actually pretty great.
Four Points is based at the northern part of Patong Beach - where the beach in reality, is quite beautiful. The crowds are thin and it's full of adults and people my age - mid 30s. Here, they know how to make good cocktails, anything you want is within walking distance, the modes of transportation are available in plenty, and the variety of things you can do that are within walking distance is fantastic.
Hotel layout:
I love the layout of this hotel - it is designed in sort of a u-shape, with a pool running in the middle of that u-shape. There's a separate roof deck pool - which is where most of the sexy, hot, solo travelers and couples hang out (and the families would make use of the pool running in the middle of the property). My kinda style 😁
This layout created space for the guests of this hotel without feeling like we were crowding each other or constantly on top of each other.
Rooms:
I stayed in the king bedroom suite, and that was absolutely fabulous. Super comfy beds and there's a separate living room and dining room area, a fridge that you can stock with whatever you need (no microwave) and it has an additional guest bathroom.
Food:
This hotel did not disappoint in this field whatsoever. They're in room dining had tons of selections (till 2am!), including tons of variety of Thai food. Huge huge win.
They also have a restaurant by each pool.

Our experience at this hotel was beyond disappointing, falling far short of the standard we've come to expect from our previous stays in Thailand. The pervasive issue of staff members engrossed in their mobile phones created an unpleasant atmosphere throughout our time here. Witnessing nearly every staff member glued to their screens was disheartening, to say the least.
Our visit to the Chao Leh Kitchen at the pool restaurant added to our frustration. Despite a lack of busyness, we endured a lengthy 30-minute wait for a simple cocktail, and our salads took over an hour to arrive. The waitress, realising their error, repeatedly emphasised the oversized portions, suggesting a realisation of their mistake.
Even simple requests, such as the need for new batteries for our room television remote, became exasperating. It took three attempts before someone finally addressed the issue, delivering nothing more than a packet of batteries.
The management's lack of control over the pool area shocked us. Witnessing inappropriate behaviour, including a man engaging in lewd acts by the pool in plain view of children and staff, was not only disturbing but also unacceptable. The overpowering smell of weed further marred our experience, making it difficult for those with respiratory issues, like myself, to enjoy the facilities.

Booked a 1 bedroom suite, was gorgeous! Daily buffet breakfast always had great variety. The dinner seafood buffet also good. The buffet alone is worth staying for! Nice quiet resort, far enough for tranquillity but close enough to walk to the hustle and bustle. Really enjoyed our stay. Just some minor inconveniences. In room towels when replaced only replaced 2, when we were a party of 3 so were often short and no dining utensils (plates, bowls, cutlery etc) so if ordering Grab/take away for the family, quite challenging to eat if restaurant did not provide. Restaurants tend to do take aways in plastic bags. Not a deal breaker though and would happily stay here again on next visit.

Four seasons by Sheraton we had a lovely family stay. The buffet Breakfast was very delicious and a lot of variety With Thai and Western and Middle Eastern food. The service was amazing. Communication was excellent and the service was very fast. The staff were nice and friendly.
Thank you so much.
Also the children got complementary buffet breakfast. The kids club was good. And the property was very clean. We all enjoyed our stay from youngest to oldest and we will definitely come back again. So thank you to all the staff.
