Great hotel but not young family friendly set on hillside terrain with no lifts leading to carrying prams or 2 toddlers up mutliple flights of stairs Staff were great. Breakfast was first class All inclusive needs to be across all hotel not just the one restaurant/pool bar

The pools were fantastic, breakfast was great and room was spacious and clean, perfect for our family. We upgraded to sea view but in my opinion was not really, only from an angle from the far side of balcony, didn’t like facing the road with loud trucks. Also, so many stairs throughout the property!

It is a very nice resort. To further improve, I would guess more onsite children arcade style games and family activities like live magic, dance/disco etc would have made it a very good place, an exceptional one *_*

The service of this hotel is very good and impressive , we went for a family vacation and it is really a very pleasant stay and overall experience is very good.

The marketing is better than the reality, property is dated. My girlfriend found a teenage boy in the women’s bathroom, we reported this to the front desk, but the family involved just pretended not to understand. Breakfast here is average and mediocre at best. However, the onsite restaurant found it okay to serve me a lukewarm steak with cold fries. I returned my food and my medium rare became medium well. Customer service doesn’t exist here, and I fully regret booking Diamond Cliff.

The entire resort offers the luxury of being in a 'holiday' mode for all. Most of the staff are friendly and welcoming to all guests and the accessibility to the town proper is perfect. It would have been nice to have the guest laundry facility within the resort though, I would highly recommend family and friends to stay.

Nice resort on a cliff. The location is a bit far from Patong beach but we already knew it when we booked. Clean, comfortable large room with an amazing sea view fit for the family. The biggest improvement is the TV channels. Please add a kids channel for the children. Thank you.
