Beautiful property and facility. Family friendly; promotes activities for kids such as pool tables, water slides, table games, etc. The technology the property uses is top notch.

My experience is good so far. The staff at the concierge helped me to book a car with reasonable price for 11 people including kids to different attractions, and they also gave me a very good suggestion for lunch when I asked them where to go. I lost my swim suit due to strong wind, when I showed the picture to the staff when I checked out, the staff immediately helped me got it as their staff picked it up from other floor. I appreciate the good communication among the staff. It is also a good choice to order food to room as it is delicious. The kids love the swimming pool so much. The hotel is just next to the shopping mall. There are various kinds of restaurant, a game zone, massages and different shops in the mall which is really convenient for a big family group like us. There is also a night market nearby, you may just grab some food from there at night.

Totally AMAZING! Best hotel our family of three have ever stayed at in Thailand in regards to cleanliness, courtesy and professional accommodations. The incredible swimming pool area provides memorable family fun times and the top sky views are stunning. The service from all staff was fantastic & super friendly, ensuring each guest feels important. Additional bonus is how this hotel is directly connected to Terminal 21 Mall for easy shopping/dining up until 10PM Min-Thurs, 11PM Fri-Sun. great location with family , Clean , safe , friendly staff

Wonderful place to stay when visiting alone or with a family.

Very good receptionist services, concierge service also good. My mother has to use wheelchair but since she is not able to stand well in the bathroom, we request to have a plastic chair in the shower, housekeeping is very helpful to provide us the shower chair for disabled person. Really helpful house keeping services! Enjoy the stay also next to terminal 21 because we are a family visit. Recommend!

Terminal 21 just at nearby, nice shopping and dining experiences. Also the bubble splash for kids are extremely adorable!

Very beautiful property with very nice and polite staff. We loved having breakfast all the way on the top floor with a beautiful view on the bay where you can see the islands and the city ant the same time. Also, the food was delicious. We’re used to an American standard of service and were pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness of the staff here. It made our stay in Pattaya very special. There’s many things to do around the hotel from dining to shopping to entertainment to night life. I would like to note that pool-side cafe’s staff may need a bit more training because they seem to struggle with computers/menu and one time they forgot about an order all together. But overall it didn’t spoil our stay, it’s just a little inconvenience. We are still incredibly happy with our stay here and will recommend it to friends and family. It is, of course, one of rather expensive options around the city but it was totally worth it. Also, please note they don’t sell alcohol on property nor serve alcohol at the pool-side bar.
