The staff was friendly and helpful. Property was clean Food is good. Cons. I traveled in a group and their elevator policy prented us from check on one another. If i wanted to visit a family staying on another floor, they have to meet me in the lobby then ride back up to their floor. Next was the constant construction noise i experience with no reimbursement.

I stayed at the Executive Tower (19th Floor) , the room has a balcony facing the beach which was amazing although it was not close to the beach as the Bay Tower. The hotel staff are very helpful and nice. The rooms are spacious and clean. Also, there is 7 Eleven Store connected to the reception with basic daily needs. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended especially for families who need peaceful relaxation.

Staffs are very welcoming, the view of the beach from the room is amazing, location is also good. And the kids club and kids pool was the best of all. Amazing stay!

Very clean hotel. Wonderful staff who were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Pool very clean and great bar service. Quiet location excellent for families.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great hotel for families and couples. The pool was great and the roof top bar had great views. The beds were soft and comfy and so were the pillows. Soft beds are hard to find in Thailand. I'm very fussy and usually stay at the Hilton but I would definitely stay here again. Easy to jump on and off a baht bus as it dose a loop around.
