Our kids loved the water park! Great value for money!

Very nice stay for families with kids

Super small rooms, cleanliness wasn’t great. Things like lampshades, leaks on the ceilings, dust everywhere. Daily cleaning mainly consisted of changing bed and hoovering/mopping. The kids waterpark was ok however the section for little kids had dips and steeps where water all of a sudden is deeper. I booked it thinking my almost 2 year old can have some fun while I watch him from the pool, turns out I had to hold his hand all the time to ensure he doesn't fall. Also there are two massive decorative stones in the toddler pool and it makes me wonder why was this put in a toddler pool, so easy to slip on the of the dips and fall on this. We ended up using that pool twice during 2 weeks. On the plus side location is really great. There is 7 11 just next door, very close to a lovely beach, loads of food nearby. It’s more of a quieter area with not as much nightlife as everywhere else which is great.

Would called it a bit too much worned out and dirty.. a bit filthy with smelly rooms and mold. The kids pool called water park looks great in picture. Dont be fooled its small and water is freezing cause not sun reach the kids pool. Rude staff.. can take your water bottle if its not bought for 60 thb at the pool restaurant. My bottle had some medicine inside. Only pro is good location in north Pattaya. Cant recommend this hotel. Manager Pablo have some work to do.

I liked the property as it had a small water park for the kids. Staff was friendly. Condition of hotel was average and was showing signs of aging.

The swimming pool for children is very good and funny. The wifi internet service, during my stay, was almost non-existent, mostly offline.The towel set for the shower was sometimes made up of old, torn and frayed towels.

LOCATION: The hotel is well situated between Pattaya Beach Road (1st road) and 2nd road, which means good access to getting on and off of the “baht taxis” / “song teaws” that runs one way circular around said two roads. The hotel is also situated such that you are less exposed to the notorious Pattaya nightlife, yet have it within 5 minute reach should you want it(…) As such it makes it a good choice for families on a budget. For shopping, ‘Terminal 21’ mall is within 5 minutes walk, ‘Central Pattaya’ 5 minutes by baht bus. The beach itself is also 5 minutes walk, tops. FACILITIES: On that note, the hotel has a child friendly pool to play in (ground floor). For adults there is another pool on the 5th floor where also breakfast is served and the (very small) fitness center is located. Parking is provided in the building should you arrive by rental car. The hotel has two elevators and in my opinion could use two more to reduce ‘crowdiness’ (nobody wants to be in an elevator with ten other foreigners during/post Covid). ROOM: Rooms (I rented two) shows signs of aging, but not too bad. Beds are very comfortable. There is a small refrigerator. 40” TV on the wall. Water in shower could be warmer and have better pressure. A/C could be more quiet. WI-FI: This gets a category of its own! Connectivity is not seamless: I had to reconnect (my iPhone) every time I wanted to use the internet. Even when in my room. It goes without saying that I also had to reconnect every time I left th
