Hotel Krone Unterstrass

My family and I recently stayed at the Hotel Krone from May 24th to May 26th and had a wonderful experience. We were particularly impressed with the exceptional customer service and the overall quality of our stay. Additionally, the location is great. The tram stops right in front of the hotel, about 5 minutes from the central station. This made our trip very easy and convenient, allowing us to explore the beautiful city of Zurich and the breathtaking Lucerne in only 2 days. Nothing as described, booked 3 adults room and received a regular double bed where was added a foldable bed at the feet of tge other teo people. It looked liked tgree people are sleeping in the same bed with no mord room to move around. If tge hotel has no capability to accomodars 3 adults it should not be added on any booking platform. I had to book a separate room to make my family confortable.
