Nice stay and family friendly

Stayed here for 3 nights including 2 teenagers in a family room. Great to have a curtain to partition our beds off from theirs at night and give each other a little privacy. The location worked very well for us - right opposite a shopping mall and a bus stop across the street also to take you into the centre or out of the city. The staff were all very friendly and spoke great English to our relief! The breakfast had a great range of hot and cold options - even a pancake making machine! All self service and everything was well labelled and we felt relaxed to help ourselves. The only 2 small issues we had: * because we booked through Expedia, we were not told that Geneva city offer tourists free public transport for their stay, and the passes are given either ahead of time or by the hotel on check-in. We only discovered a day into our stay that we were meant to get these. The staff on reception sorted our passes no problem but said it was due to booking through Expedia had been the issue. * We hired a car (unaware of the offer for free public transport) and drove from the airport in the dark to the hotel. Coming from the direction of the airport, the hotel is on the left and the sat nav was insistent we should turn left, across the main road, to get into the hotel, however there were clearly signs saying we couldn't. As a result we lost about 20 mins driving around trying to get ourselves back towards the hotel. Not the hotel's fault but just a warning if driving!

Excellent service, front desk very welcoming. Breakfast was awesome. Room was clean and child friendly. We definitely recommend and will come back.

We stayed for 4 days so far & will extend for another day. We highly recommend this hotel. Best in cleanliness, awesome customer service and very kids friendly. The family suite and overall hotel is very well designed and cater for all needs. A swimming pool or outside play area will be a great addition as there is space in the backyard.

We booked into the hotel due to its proximity to the airport and our early flight. From the airport you can reach the hotel by a public bus or a taxi. On arrival we had a nice welcome with our two boys being given panda designed eye masks. Our room was comfortable and included a double bed and two single camp beds for the boys. I booked the hotel for this reason as so many other hotels offered a double bed and a sofa bed. I knew my boys wouldn’t want to share a sofa bed. The room actually had a curtain which you could pull across the divide the room and make a split between the children and adults. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice of both sweet and savoury items. The hotel arranged our taxi back to the airport. We didn’t take any time to explore the area although from our taxi journey it looked like an office/industrial area as you might expect close to an airport.

I stayed with my family for 3 nights. The room was big and clean. The bathroom unit new design, nice bath and shower, but more privicy in bathroom and hooks would have been better. I could not find instructions on how to get to the hotel from airport so had to call the hotel. My heart skipped a beat when I was told I did not have reservation. When I provided the reference number they were able to confirm my reservation. No space to walk on pavement leading to hotel with our cabin luggage as plants were placed in pots on pavement. Staff were polite and helpful

I been to too many hotels in the world and these hotel really surprised me It was good for money Very clean and tidy Very nice, friendly, helpful and patient staff Good food and service My family loved more than me I can't wait to go again but next time without booking transport as the hotel is near airport and around 1.9 mile of the city centre

Helpful staff. I booked two room as I was traveling with my kids and they were nice enough to put them side by side. clean, modern, all good.

Very helpful staff. Room was clean and we were pleasantly surprised with the size of the suite. For a small family visiting the area, the airport and city sites were easily accessible via bus and trams- biggest bonus is the free transportation passes given to all family members that even works on water taxis on Lake Geneva Jet d'Eau area. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place to sleep after spending the day visiting the beautiful areas in Geneva.
