The hotel lobby was welcoming & clean. There was on odor on our floor near our room that smelled of dirty diapers. Perhaps a family with young children recently stayed but it needed more freshening. The beside electrical outlets did not work leaving us to use our chargers in the bathrooms

We were here only for the night on our way back to USA. The hotel is very good- clean, shuttle every 20 mins from Airport, breakfast is good (compared to many hotels in Italy). Great lounge area. They have quad occupancy rooms with 2 washrooms perfect for family of 4. We didn’t get to use any other amenities but from the looks of it, I assume those to be good as well. No AC in Switzerland even is summers! Only air ventilation!

We had a great overnight stay at the hotel with our family. The hotel is very clean. The service is impeccable. Definitely will recommend this hotel.

Stopped as a family of four and the split rooms were ideal for the night before the flight. Airport shuttle quick and clean on day of departure. Good restaurant close to hotel
