Excellent experience - Good location - fantastic people from reception to waiter in the restaurant everyone was very friendly. We needed a baby bed for my grandson and it was delivered in our room within 15 mns ( even they had a lot of request) Top. Of course price for the parking and diner was under "Swiss Standards" so a little overpriced for us coming from France. But that did not change the experience. Very good - will come back next time I have to go to the airport in Geneva.

The hotel facilities are very good. The junior suite is spacious for our group of 3, especially there are two bathrooms, so no need to wait in line to take showers. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful.

Junior Suite offers space for families and access to public transportation is great. The hotel itself was very warm inside and rooms became very warm even with heat off. The AC didn’t seem to work. If you have food allergies the dining options nearby are extremely limited. The main reason for the 3 star rating is room temp and lack of gluten free dining options
Rooms were clean and staff professional.

We arrived to a short queue of two families ahead of us at reception. The wait took about 20 minutes. The chap at reception was doing his best but he was the only person there.
When we eventually got to our room we wanted to quickly give the children some supper and a bath and get them into bed, as we had an early start the following morning. There was no plug for the bath, and the microwave’s plug didn’t fit the socket, with no adaptor present. We called reception and waited for them to bring the bath plug and adaptor but no one came. I rang again 20 mins later. In the end had to go down to reception to get the adaptor and was told they didn’t have a bath plug yet, but that someone would bring one. In the end we gave up waiting and put the children in the shower. Someone did come eventually, with another adaptor but no bath plug!
Also both USB sockets and the hairdryer were broken.
In the morning we wanted to get the first shuttle bus to the airport at 4am. There were about 30 people that wanted to do the same, but we arrived at the departure point in the first 10. The driver arrived late and people tried to queue barge. Luckily we did manage to get onto the first bus but people were definitely trying to queue barge. The driver should have been there in advance so that he could have got the first people on the bus, loaded the luggage, and left at 4. We ended up leaving just before 4.10.
Overall the hotel is fairly shambolic and we would not recommend at all.

Great, easy airport hotel. We caught the black Nash shuttle outside the airport without having to call and arrange, just hopped in. We had a quad room on the 8th floor, spectacular views and patios out both rooms. Stunning way to wake up. I ended up sleeping on the pullout after kid shuffling and it was the most comfortable pullout I've ever slept on. We got dinner from a great Italian place across the street and pastries and coffee from a bakery down the street in the morning before hopping back in the shuttle to the train at the airport. Big spacious room, convenient shuttle, wonderful stay.

Arrived later than scheduled and room was ready with sofa bed already prepared for the child. Didn’t know there was shuttle from airport so walked about 10 minutes from airport. We took the hotel shuttle back to airport the next morning which was very convenient.

We waited for the transfer over 20 min then the bus was too small that still could not fit people so the families were separated in 2 trips. It wasn’t very easy to find the suttle bus either. When we checked in there was one person on reception and a very long queue of customers! The restaurant on the Nash suites was also closed so had to go to the next door hotel. We had dinner but there was a problem with staff and had 2 people working so they could only offer fish and chips or chicken and chips. We had 3 mains and 3 dishes and paid over £100. The waiter at the restaurant was very nice, worked really hard and was efficient. The room was big, clean and comfortable. However the breakfast was another disappointment, there were not many good choices, the toaster was also broken and has only 1 member of staff. The whole experience was not that pleasure and we will not recommend this hotel. It was not a cheap night for the lack of service provided.

It perfectly suited our needs of being close to the airport, clean and suitable for a family of 4. Definitely go back if we were in the area.

When I reserved this hotel on Expedia, I reserved for a family of 4. I got a confirmation. Upon arriving at the hotel I was informed that the room I had was only good for 3 people. Luckily we had booked a second room already and we could shuffle one of my kids to the other room. However, if we had been just the 4 of us we would have been in a bad situation.

Close to airport, convenient shuttle, and close to city bus. Our room for 3 was quite small, no room to move around beds at all. Third person bed was actually a chair pull out bed - not even a couch size - also was a VERY thin mattress on metal frame and EXTREMELY uncomfortable for any adult (might work for child). Staff was rude upon checkin and upon request for extra towel and coffee pod for room. Restaurant and bar in Nash suites closed and had to go to other property for food and drink.
