This hotel was Center city walkable in any directions to all attractions in sightsee museums, great shopping down the street and right under our hotel I would highly recommend it to anybody, my family is about to travel, and I am recommending them to stay here. The staff is extremely helpful and tend to all your needs Very clean Central Great atmosphere at top restaurant/ bar with beautiful view views of the city

Rooms were quiet even that gran via is right there , but my kids and I had good peaceful nights , recommended

Centrally located in a stately building. Outstanding rooms - spacious, very comfortable beds, and great amenities. Staff was accommodating. Their breakfast buffet is among the best I've seen. Two floors of outdoor seating, with amazing panoramic views over the Gran Via in downtown Madrid. We were traveling with children, and would have liked some kids menus in the restaurant. Also, very innovative cuisine, but one or two more traditional meals on the menu would have been nice.

My family (with two teen kids) had a lovely time staying at Innside. We got the family room which had two rooms adjacent to each other. The kids enjoyed having their own space. The hotel is very conveniently located within walking distance to San Miguel market and Plaza Mayor. Also close to the Metro station for going to other places. The staff were very friendly. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here.
