Nice hotel room but had an a-joining room & I could hear a person snoring loudly. My room also smells of smoke mildly not sure why. Outside there is a building site so keeping the windows open to dilute the smoke smell was not ideal. The room was clean & nice so a bit unfortunate. Should have ask to move but a joining locked room would have been better suited to a family.

Impecable service. We travelled with a baby that needed naps every 2-3 hours, thus it was very convenient to be in a hotel so well located. Also, they offered us a room in a quiet area. They responded to our all questions before the trip on time. Overall one of the best experiences with hotels I ever had.

My family and I booked this hotel and the hotel was in a perfect location. It was extremely easy to use the metro and the rooms were extremely nice. No issues at all. We had a great stay. Also loved all the food options that were in the area.

The location is convenient, but noisy till after midnight so not an ideal hotel for a family. We did not feel safe as someone from outside followed our daughter without an elevator key to our floor.

Not recommended hotel. We left a paper bag with consejeria for a friend that he would go to get it. There were a cell phone, I put it in a box of baby shoes, some food and drinks. But our friend informed us today that the cell phone was stolen. It was not an expensive one, but it is horrible the behavior. We liked this hotel so when we came back from Galicia we stayed there again. It seems like a very wrong choice.

Hotel and rooms are clean, modern, with AC (a must when visiting in summer). Situated conveniently near Gran Via and Puerta del Sol. We are a family of 6 (including 3 teenagers) visiting Madrid for the first time; we had to split into 2 rooms but still good value for us. FYI- Adjacent plaza is undergoing construction so a bit of an eyesore. Staff were very helpful. They accommodated our early arrival (8AM) as best they could. In particular, one staff member went above and beyond- he walked with us 2 blocks to help hail a taxi as we were late for the train station.
