Fantastic location in the center of Madrid. Very walkable. The bunk beds were perfect for our two children. We would stay here again.

Small boutique like hotel. Great location, front desk was very helpful and pleasant. Exit Gran Via on the metro is about 1 minute away. Looked exactly like the pictures, breakfast was very nice, we got the room for 6 amd there was enough room for all of us, despite only having one bathroom. Other family got a room for 2 and were also very happy. All 8 of us found the breakfast great and are still wondering how those overnight oats were so good!

This is a great family hotel. Great location, good amenities and great service. The staff are friendly and helpful. The Breakfast buffet is plenty with very healthy options.Highly recommend this property to anyone traveling with a large family.

Hotel is simple but clean and comfortable. Stayed in one of the family friendly rooms (king bad, one bunk bed) with one of our teen daughters. It's not huge, but we did not feel overly cramped. The location is on a quiet street right of the biggest street in Madrid with lots of shopping. Walkable to some great tourist attractions, too.

If you’re utilizing the family-style rooms which sleep 5 people, be prepared for lots of noise from the street. Also, there’s really no room for 5 suitcases in the room. At least, they can go under one of the beds, but you’ll be constantly pulling them out to use them. And, the people waiting in line to check out at H&M can see into your room if the curtains are open.

Ideal location! 2 adults and 3 kids (under 13). 3 nights - we were able to view all of the top sights of Madrid! The metro and madrid city bus tour has a stop right outside the hotel! Lots of restaurants and the hotel is literally just off the main shopping streets Gran Via.
