Fantastic family holiday at the Ritz Carlton Abama. Total 5 star experience, food incredible and service second to none. First time there and we will definitely be back.

Horrible customer service with exception of housekeeping and wonderful restaurant staff service, not what I'd expect of a Ritz Carlton brand. Had reservation wrong despite multiple emails to confirm date changes, initial greeting was rude, getting restaurant reservations was like pulling teeth, issue at kids club with no apology from management for any of our multiple issues, so disappointing and would not repeat. Loud music from their lobby performers keeping my children up at night. What 5 star hotel does not provide baby soap/shampoo, they charge 25.00 for it in the gift shop instead, kids sunscreen for 30.00.
