Hotel Roc Illetas

Our expectations were high to our stay and it was good but not compared to the price. The reception, Linda, were very kind and helpful, they deserve full credit, but the buffet staff in the evening were not too qualified and you had to wear pants - in a family orientated place ? Breakfast was good and friendly staff with big smiles - fantastic. Furnitures in our suite needs an update - they were not clean and pleasant to look at.

The service was very hit or miss. We arrived late and they bent over backwards to get my family food. But, they didn’t book my early airport shuttle or replace the soap in my shower that they removed even after I requested replenishment soap. The rooms are in desperate need of an update and do not look like they do online. For what they charge, they should have nicer facilities. The breakfast was good but only buffet options for lunch and dinner. It is clear that they are trying and the staff were very friendly. I am hoping they sort things out because the property has a lot of potential which is why my overall rating was 4 star.

Overall well maintained and good facilities, family friendly

Lovely hotel in a tranquil setting and great views. 2 fantastic coves with great restaurants close by. This is a traditional spanish hotel so dont come expecting things to be lively like some of the package holiday hotels. I would say this is a great place for couples and more mature people. I came with a young family, 6 year and 11 year olds. They both enjoyed it but i would not take them back there due to the lack of entertainment and activities for children. The area is also expensive (the views)! All in all a really nice place just not for a family with school age kids. Just one last thing. Whilst the reception staff were very helpful and friendly, some of the restaurant and bar area staff made it known they found some guests a bit of an inconvenience. Eye rolling being one observation.

Nice hotel with good facilities such as pool, gym and restaurant. It could do with a few more family gaming areas but the pool table was good fun.
