Saja Al Madinah Hotel

We stayed at Saja for 5 days and had a really nice experience throughout our stay. Walkable to Masjid Nabawi so we didn’t have to rush for Salah times. Would recommend for families and couples. The staff were really nice. They even gave us an upgrade to the upper levels with bigger rooms. Would stay again whenever in Medina.

Excellent hotel, 5 - 6 mins from haram, outstanding service and reasonably priced. I stayed here with 3 different families in last 10 days of Ramadan and could not fault this hotel. We all got upgraded to the executive floor and staff were very courteous and understanding. We had an emergency and 1 room had to leave early and the hotel gave refund. Many food places outside the hotel. Highly recommended.

There were some admin issues by the hotel, which was embarassing for my family to say the least, and their compensation for this would be well below expectation. A,C was making a noise overnight. But other than this it was very nice, great staff, clean, spacious, great location

We had some issues with this hotel in terms of cleanliness and the smell of the rooms. We had to change our executive room because a constant cooking smell was coming through the vents, like we were in a kitchen. We asked reception to look into this but they just gave us air freshener. The rooms are dirty and dated, we moved a bedside table for more space and found dirt and fake lashes under it. When we moved rooms we were downgraded to a quadruple room , very disappointing. The hallways smelt like food and cigarettes too, we think people cook food in their rooms and housekeeping use air fresheners to mask the smell. The lifts are terribly slow and always had to wait minutes for them to come. A major refurbishment is needed. This is definitely not a 4* hotel and we will tell all our friends and family to avoid at all costs.

I have booked this hotel second time fory umrha very close to mosque quite staff is very friendly 24hour reception desk help available room quite big nice clean everything is perfect definitely recommend to family and friends to book saja al madina for umrha or any other occasions

Too much for the price. Fair condition family room. Bathroom needs upgrade.

Great stay. It was about a 5-minute walk to Haram, which isn't so bad. The hotel was in great shape and very clean. The only complaint is that there is no microwave, nor do they allow outside food to be warmed on their property, making it hard for families with small children.

The room was nice and clean before we entered. We had one huge problem which was the hot water. We called the front desk 10 times to send someone and when they did they came into the bathroom with their dirty shoes and made it horrifyingly unhygienic. He then made the water even more boiling hot and didn’t understand English. We had to call again as it was affecting my children and myself from having a shower. My kids cried and I had to get bottle water to mix the water. They couldn’t have a proper shower for the whole stay. This was really disappointing and we hope we can get some compensation.
