Excellent experience staying in Zamzam Pullman Madina in all aspects specially proximity to the haram and easy access.
Staff are friendly, helpful and supportive.
Definitely I will stay here with my family again on our next trip to Madina Insha Allah.

Was convenient , nice staff was helpful , in room food was average I liked it but my family not so much . It was very crowded . Walking distance from Al Masjed alnabawi

The hotel was stone throw away from Masjid Nabawi. Some road blocks due to construction in Dec23 diverted the walking path but still doable. Hotel also has shuttle service to Masjid Nabawi womens gates. From a 5 star hotel expect 5 stars, family enjoyed our stay and extremely comfortable. Would always recommend this to others for a pleasant stay.

This is simply one of the worst property , one could stay on .
Following are the adjectives which come to mind :
- Terrible Service
- Unsafe for Children.
- Hotel is terribly dirty and dated to an extent that one could fall ill. Actually, my childeren did fall ill.
- Broken A/C Switch - There was no way to switch on Air-conditioning in sweltering 34 C.
-Breakfast is sub- standard . It makes you feel you are eating cheap food at roadside.
I would recommend no sane man to book this hotel ever. We left the hotel in 2 days although our booking was for 4 nights.
After 2 days, My kids and wife were hospitalized due to constant vomiting.
I am pursuing expedia for refund .

For what i paid for a family suite $900 / night i felt this property fell below average in service and in politeness. When I tried to extend my stay by 1 night because of a flight delay they asked for another $1400 for the night. They would not provide a later check out as well. Like many underpar places in Saudi their only saving grace was the proximity to the Haram. Outside of that I would not return

The hotel is very nice. It is new and clean. It is very near to the Rawah entrance. However, for regular prayers it is on the other side of the qiblah so you have to walk quite a bit.
This is my 4th time coming to this hotel. I feel the junior suite is very good value for money.

I recently stayed for 4 nights. Checkin was fast and easy. Internet connection in room and in lobby was great. Rooms are good siz e with refrigerator, microwave and iron. Beds are cool comfy. Reception, bell service, room service and housekeeping staff was courteous. Breakfast service was good with plenty of options. This hotel is on the south side of the Haram and only 5 min walk to haram. Haram gate no 303 is closest to this hotel and put you in front of the roza. shuttle service to haram for ladies and elderly women only. I would stay again with family

Hotel is definitely on the older side. Can’t understand why the AC was so cold when we arrived… We were freezing inside our roof and had to open windows to warm the place up.
Don’t understand the design of the shower doors… why is it only half a door? So much water falls outside the shower door and wets the whole floor!
The service was only good AFTER we made multiple requests. For example, we asked for a baby crib several days before check in and arrival, and still wasn’t provided. When we called the front desk, they provided us an ADULT mattress, and then I had to explain a baby crib was needed, again.
Not sure if this hotel has room service but it was not immediately apparent if they do, even after I scanned the QR code in the room for their services. I will say that when I used the system to request something, they had it delivered in minutes!
The most frustrating thing was the AC. We shut the ACs down several times at night, as my children were cold, and they restarted by themselves SEVERAL times.
Distance was definitely a positive point, but wouldn’t stay again.
