My kids and I had a lovely stay. Great shopping & restaurants very close to the hotel. Oceanarium is just 10 mins walk along the water.

Everything was good. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
Advantages: location in a modern and vibrant part of the city, close to airport, metro, bus and train stations, great attractions for kids (oceanarium, interactive science center, telecabin cable car route, etc.), swimming pool, kind and professional stuff, clean.
Disadvantages: quite far from the city center, beaches, etc.)

This property was the so conveniently located and central. Right across the street from the metro and Oriente station. Shopping plaza also across the street. Staff were very nice and welcoming. We paid extra for the breakfast buffet, 11 euros per day, which was worth it. The room we stayed in was small for 3 people plus luggage. But it was only for 3 nights so if worked for us, there was 3 twin beds in the room. The room was clean and fresh linens and clean up was provided daily. Complimentary snack bar, water, and coffee all in the room. I traveled with a family of 3 and Uber was our means of transportation. It was inexpensive and easy getting around in an Uber. If I go back to Lisbon, this hotel will probably be one of my top choices because of the location. You can’t beat it. Lots of things to see and do within walking distance of this hotel. They also have a wonderful Sky Lounge on the roof which is open to the public but the views are beautiful. Another restaurant called Guilty next to it and a outdoor breakfast/lunch area attached to the hotel with outdoor seating area. They have a decent size indoor pool with a small jacuzzi. They’re safety measures were top notch, for example, they do not allow drinks or food in the pool area and you cannot transport food from the buffet to your room if your children decide not to join you for the buffet. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you for the hospitality !

We had a junior suite and it was spacious and clean. Was nice to have all the modern amenities. Clean and very comfortable. Loved having robes and slippers. The lobby area could use some work considering the rest of the hotel was so nice. Rooftop bar was beautiful. Very convenient with train and merry station.

The Tivoli Oriente in Lisbon was a great place for our one-week family holiday. Nice room, great breakfast, and wonderful staff.

Overall very happy with our stay. Did not have a baby bed, which was the only real complaint. Good location but a couple miles outside the main Historical District. Great for different Public Transportation options and the mall is across the street. Visit the Continente! Better than a Super Walmart. Selection of food and products is extensive and the prices are amazing by USA standards.

pool small for the amount of people wanting to use it same with the gym. I expected a larger pooL and gym for such a large hotel or at least the creation of another swimming pool for kids only

Good place to stay if you have kids, or just want a 'proper' hotel room when visiting Lisbon. Lots of restaurants these days along the Parque das Nacoes, plus decent options in the hotel, including sky bar. Rooms spacious and clean, good bed. Great staff, very helpful. Easy to get to old Lisbon on Metro, which is next to hotel. Plus local attractions like the Oceanarium.
