My second stay at the Moxi. This is such a convenient location in Lisbon, across the street from major rail and bus station, and easy walk to excellent restaurants, art installations, and other attractions. Rooms are small but functional. I don't care for the contrived decor, but the lobby area is comfortable and the staff decent. don't let the marketing to target wild young partygoers deter you, most guests in lobby looked mid-age to senior during my last visit. Might not be good for families, amenities don't support young children. Rooms and bath are very small but spotless, and the area is safe. No coffee in room! The breakfast is excellent.

After checking in the WiFi went down. No one called nor apologized for the inconvenience. After stressing about not being able to contact work nor family for the entire night. In the morning I hopped down to front desk and was then informed they’re currently trying to fix the WiFi issues. Because the WiFi caused a delay in my travel plans I had to rebook another night. They need to pay attention to the cleaning of the toilets. Love the vibe of moxy and this location was ideal for me as a solo traveler. I really tried to not be fussy, the experience was disappointing.
