Booked this hotel without knowing much about Lisbon. It turns out the location is great, being right off the main historic/tourist area of the city. All the main sites (castello, waterfront) are within 15 mins walking. Reception and breakfast room staff are very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast had a wide variety or breads, fruits, and cook-to-order hot food. There were 3 of us, and we got the family room on the top floor. It had great views, not too noisy and had all the amenities you would need. The sloping ceiling had restricted headroom, but was nevertheless part of the charm.

Awesome stay. Super cute in a nice part of the city. Bathrooms are also really nice and beds were comfortable. Cozy and small but all that you’d need for a couple. Breakfast is decent and offered until a reasonable hour. Would stay again - though be wary if you if you have small kids because it’s tight.

The front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was outdated and there was nowhere to put any clothes except 3 hangers on a hook. I booked a 4 night stay. Unfortunately I had to check out early after my second night due to a family emergency back home. I asked the receptionist if it was possible to get any reimbursement for the remaining 2 nights. She said she couldn’t do it on her end but gave me an email and told me they should be able to help me. Here it is almost two weeks later and I am still waiting for a response.
