Rossio Plaza Hotel

The staff was superb….so friendly and helpful. The location could not be better! We were seven older travelers-family and friends-and this was a perfect spot.

Excellent location for tour access. If you like the hop on bus it was only a two block walk. Restaurants were all around and it was only a short walk to the river. Was a very convenient location for our family group.

Location is great, front desk staff were super friendly and accommodating. They even kept our luggages after we checked out while we went to Porto overnight. The rooms are good size, modern, clean, nice bathroom. Room amenities and exensive breakfast buffet a definite plus. Will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Absolutely do not stay here if you’re traveling with child(red). I messaged them weeks ahead of time asking to be put in a room next door to our children, since none of their rooms could accommodate all of us, and they still had us on entirely separate floors. Our room (adults) was insanely tiny and the “view” was a cement wall and trash. We could barely move around. When one daughter left we put our smaller child in the room with us and I asked for a bigger room to accommodate a rollaway bed. They gave me an insanely hard time just for asking for a larger room. When we finally did get into a marginally larger room, they had brought in a tiny CRIB for my 9 yr old daughter whom they had seen every day and were familiar with. Not only that, the crib linens stunk of rancid milk. When we complained about that and the AC not working, they literally yelled at us, fixed nothing, and threatened us that the manager would kick us out because we had 3 people in a room. I will NEVER stay there again.

Excelente hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean. Me and my family have a great time.
