Lisboa Pessoa Hotel

Amazing location. Staff extremely courteous and helpful. Our flight landed in several hours early and they let us check in the room well in advance. Set up crib for us and baby bath (we were travelling with 1 year old baby) Breakfast is great too and what a view! Would highly recommend this hotel

We were very satisfied with our stay but the pool listed as an amenity on the website is limited to spa users and not available for use by children which was disappointing. The guest relations manager arranged for our pre-teen children to be able to use the pool to deal with their disappointment. The guest relations manager was very understanding and helpful in giving advice to enhance our 10 day stay in Lisbon. He was very thoughtful and sincere in trying to make our stay more pleasant.

My family just spent 6 nights at the hotel and had a wonderful experience. Centrally located in the heart of Lisbon, within walking distance of many sights in Chiado, Baixa and Bairro Alto, this boutique art hotel has great rooms (the family double was perfect for us and our two teens), great amenities (the spa and pool were daily mid-day/between sightseeing staples, and the rooftop bar and breakfasts were top notch)) and a very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff (Yasoja took great care of us while there!). They even have a resident expert (Fabrizio) on the hotel’s namesake poet (Portugal’s most famous)—make sure to take his Friday morning walking tour, that was a real treat! My wife and I highly recommend this hotel!

The location of the hotel is great. It is not in the busy streets but just 5mins off them maintaining the quaint setting needed for a family and ease of access needed for tourists and visitors. The service was outstanding. Breakfast options are good.

This was an excellent spot for our first trip to Lisboa. The rooftop breakfast every morning was my favorite part of the day. The rooms were clean and everything replenished daily. Excellent staff, service, historic location, unique, close to Carma convent and music in the little park all the time. Great recommendations from reception & concierge staffer, Yasoja. Really great attention from everyone. For a family of four with two children (ages 11 and 17) - it was an excellent option & we will be back!

The property with the connection to Fernando Pessoa made me come back in time when I studied Pessoa. The staff was always friendly and helpful that made my stay even better. I was on vacation with my family, they really loved the stay. The complimentary fridge bar in the room was very special for somebody who traveled for 10 hours.

Excellent hotel. Great location. Restaurant bar is excellent with superb view. We made use of the connecting family room, which gave us loads of room. Families should note the swimming pool is now strictly over 16s
